Hi Grep.

Thanks for the tip. I have tried to create a new zoneinfo file and if I try anything outside the 24 hour period I get the following error:

[root@staging tmp]# zic -v openvz-tz
"openvz-tz", line 1: invalid UTC offset

It doesn't look as though zic will allow me to make a zoneinfo file many days out.

I have also tried to create a rule in a similar manner:

[root@staging tmp]# zic openvz-rule
"openvz-rule", line 1: invalid saved time

So doesn't look like that will work either.

If you have any other ideas I'd love to hear them. Think I'm going to have to look at other options.

Thanks again for the ideas though.

Dan.
