same problem here,

vzctl version 4.0-4.git.162dded

Linux nod11 2.6.32-18-pve

~ # vzctl --verbose start 119                                                                                                                                                                                                     root@nod11
Starting container ...
Container is mounted
Adding IP address(es): 193.47.79.78 193.47.79.208
Running container script: /etc/vz/dists/scripts/redhat-add_ip.sh
Setting CPU units: 1000
Setting CPUs: 1
Running container script: /etc/vz/dists/scripts/redhat-set_hostname.sh
Running container script: /etc/vz/dists/scripts/set_dns.sh
Running container script: /etc/vz/dists/scripts/set_ugid_quota.sh
Container start in progress...

what can this be ?
No errors to be found anywhere .....
