Only RHEL5 and 6 based kernels support nfsd in CT. See

Apparently it tries to load kernel module. Kernel module is already loaded
(on the host system). Plus, there are no kernel modules files inside CT.

I guess you have to modify the script to skip trying to install kernel
module.
