Inside CT:

rm -f /etc/mtab
cd /etc
ln -s /proc/mounts mtab
rm -f /etc/init.d/vzquota
rm -f /etc/rc*.d/*vzquota

Host Node:
vzctl stop CTID --fast
vzctl start CTID
vzctl exec CTID mount
