Please, provide the following information to help to resolve it:

1. during the boot kernel selects the timesource, check for string like this:
Using ... for high-res timesource
what timesource is used in 038 and in 045/050?

2. does kernel boot parameter "clock=pit" helps?
and "clock=tsc"?

3. I suppose this happened due to turned ON ACPI. Are you able to build and check kernel with options changes I will provide you?
