Should work fine. Though questionable about support for SAP under OVZ/VZ VPS and the kernel those two are using. Had some bad experience in the past with control panel for which support was only for RHEL etc.

You could shed some light on SAPs needs for the system (supported OSs, kernels, kernel modules etc.).
