This is how you can limit the bandwidth:

If you need to limit the traffic, i.e. disable the networking for a VE if it is above the limit, you need to do some scripting in order to achieve it, e.g. put some cron job which checks the current usage and blocks the traffic to/from VE if limits are exceeded. In other words, if you are not sure how to do it, hire some sysadmin or a geek who can.
