hi,
yes is same issue. I opened a bug request and received this:

# echo 0 > /proc/sys/kernel/sched_cpulimit_nr_balance

Now are two days that i do not have crash. Usually server crash every 1-2 days, but i will wait some days to mark as resolved.

Have you tried this solution?
