1. Do other CTs work fine (wrt networking) on the same system?

2. What is the output of the following commands (inside your failing CT)?

/sbin/ip r
/sbin/ip a
ifconfig -a
ls -l /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/

3. Please show the contents of CT config file (i.e. /etc/vz/conf/${CTID}.conf)
