Yes, I am also experiencing this problem. It was originally reported back in
March. Here is the bug report:

http://bugzilla.openvz.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1796

I have not heard anything about it since then. I assume they are working on it.

Subject: [Users] Missing Dependency: vzeventmod

Hello guys.

I can't update to last vzctl.
When I am doing yum update command it writes:

Error: Missing Dependency: vzeventmod is needed by package vzctl

I have been told that vzeventmod is in latest kernel. My kernel is
2.6.9-023stab053.2-enterprise(latest one in repo). System - CentOS 4.9. Does
anyone familar with this situation?

Regards
Anton
