Attached image is incomplete. Please, setup serial console - check http://wiki.openvz.org/Remote_console_setup for details on how to configure it on sending side. Then, if you created your VM in regular way, add serial port with output in regular file to it. In this file you will get entire boot output. Please, attach it here.
