Try this one:

Recompile it. Should work with Debian 6.

It is still testing kernel. If you are going to use new RAM limits with physpages and swappages set - there is a bug: bugzilla.openvz.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1749 and server may stuck at cpu software lock.
Anyway - this kernel has a cpu limit future so you will be able to limit your cpu resources.
