Just to be clear, you have installed hypervm with "virtualization-type=none" on the first server to be your master and now you are trying to create openvz virtual machines on the second server, where you installed openvz and hypervm slave with "virtualization-type=openvz"?

Or are you using just one server?

Because if you are using just one server, than "virtualization-type=none" should give you a first clue on what could be wrong Smile

The second thing to check would be which kernel are you really running. Log in to the server and issue the command:
uname -a
This will tell you your running kernel version. Do this an all servers (if you have more than one).
