i still get errors :/

got one with that step.

fakeroot make-kpkg --initrd --append-to-version=-ovz32 --revision=1.0 kernel_image kernel_headers

also here

root@St0rm:/usr/src# mkinitramfs -k linux-headers-2.6.32-5-common-openvz -o /boot/initrd.img-2.6.32-5-common-openvz
Cannot find /lib/modules/linux-headers-2.6.32-5-common-openvz
