It's a no-brainer that the software push is towards x86_64.
And the software you list,does require this platform.
But most of your software listed,just to make a point,is enterprise-level anyway.
By the way,NexentaStor,is based on OpenSolaris.
Virtualization in the ET sector,will be ran on this type of OS.
But some individuals are still trying to leverage existing x86 facilities,with some type of virtualization.
This may require the usage of leaner operating systems.
As long as they can rock da VZ,who cares.
