Hello Nirmal,

it might be the kernel problem. In this case we'll have to catch all information from the kernel so that developers could understand
the problem and fix it afterwards. Is there any messages in logs? It would be great to gather as much information as possible so if it is nothing in logs at the moment serial or net console might be useful http://wiki.openvz.org/Remote_console_setup
If you are able to find out an Oops (http://wiki.openvz.org/Oops) you'd better file a new bugreport http://bugzilla.openvz.org/ Please, don't hesitate to do that.
