ip_conntrack_ftp is an alias for nf_conntrack_ftp, see:

$ modinfo nf_conntrack_ftp
filename: /lib/modules/2.6.26-2-openvz-amd64/kernel/net/netfilter/nf_c onntrack_ftp.ko
alias: ip_conntrack_ftp <----!!!
(...)

Are the container(s) restarted after changeing the vz.conf ?
