Can not execute OpenVZ commands, and VEPortal is locked.

When I type in any commands using "vzctl" or "vzlist" I get this error:

For example vzlist -a

bash: vzctl: command not found

or

bash: vzlist: command not found

I have VEPortal as well. I can not login to the UI.
I can reset my password. I get an email. I follow the link, give myself a new password. But when I try to login, I get sent back to the login page, no errors.

I can run VZCTL and VZLIST commands by using /usr/sbin/vzctl

But as of just yesterday I didnt need to use the full path like that.

Is it possible that my configuration got messed up? If so, how do I correct this?

Thanks!
