RHEL 6 beta isn't public yet. As far as I could see, it's still at internal alpha release stage.

As far as kernel goes, I've seen these mentioned:
2.6.31-33.el6
2.6.32-14.el6

The closest thing you'll get right now is Fedora 12, Fedora 13/Rawhide. How close will RHEL 6 be to any of these remains to be seen. Kernels are certainly different.
