We have been rebuilding kvm module for openvz RHEL5 kernels and running these for 2 months - so far no kernel crashes, servers have been stable. We also build a bare-metal CentOS based ISO installer and are working on management solutions as well. ISO installer project can be found on http://opennode.sourceforge.net/
