таки придется переписать скрипты 
Тем не менее, вопрос остается в силе, можно ли увидеть, какой процесс привел к срабатыванию failcnt а также почему
рестарт VE не обнулил failcnt .. (хотя, вполне возможно, что лимит сработал при старте ve)
