How did it lock the keyboard? do you use PS/2 or USB keyboard? Were you able to login via ssh? Were AltSysRq-P and AltSysRq-T keys working? was NumLock working?
Do you use hardware monitor/keyboard switch for multiple machines?

Yes, we have the fixes for tty locking. It should not be a problem though...

BTW, what is your motherboad? can you run dmidecode and report it please. Your help is very appreciated.
