Web Interface - cant login in any longer [message #38306]

I went to login today and when I hit "login" the browser shows a loading bar for ages and then eventually errors out

I have looked in /var/log/messages and the web access and error logs and I cant see anything

I have restarted Apache and still I have the same problem

Where should I look next? Confused
