Yes, this is the same.
Your VPS uses UTC time, but your Hardware Node uses EDT (Eastern Standard Time), which differs from UTC and equals (UTC - 4).
Thus, everithing is ok.

However, you can tune VPS or HN to use the same time standart.
It depends on Linux distribution how to do it.
