Hi,

kernel patches are available at the same place as precompiled kernels (i.e. http://wiki.openvz.org/Download/kernel) -- open any kernel download page and check for "kernel patch".

Although we do not have patch for Debian's 2.6.30 (or vanilla 2.6.30), we only port to some kernels, not all of them because that'd take too much time. I recommend using our latest rhel5-based kernel, it has support for ext4. Get it from http://wiki.openvz.org/Download/kernel/rhel5/. You can use it on Debian, too, by either recompiling from sources or by using alien to convert rpm to deb. Maybe some other hackery is needed but generally this kernel should work fine on Debian.
