Hi,

Could you please invoke `which reboot` inside a VE? Let's assume that `/sbin/reboot` is returned. Please try the following workaround: change nonpriviledged user's $PATH variable so that it contains '/sbin' directory i.e

# PATH=$PATH:/sbin
# export PATH
