Aless,

just try to use a kernel without PAE support.
i'm not sure i can point you to a Debian kernel compiled without PAE, but you can use latest stable kernel based on RHEL5 kernel:

http:// download.openvz.org/kernel/branches/rhel5-2.6.18/028stab062. 3/ovzkernel-2.6.18-128.1.1.el5.028stab062.3.i686.rpm

Should work.
Alternatively you can try to rebuild the kernel without PAE:
http:// wiki.openvz.org/Compiling_the_OpenVZ_kernel_(the_Debian_way)

It's not difficult, you just need to disable CONFIG_PAE option in kernel config before the build.

Hope this helps.

If your problem is solved - please, report it!
It's even more important than reporting the problem itself...
