почему после Cannot allocate memory, отваливается udev, честно сказать так и не нашел как лечить.

Ребят, вы можете прямо ответить! Лечится ли это, или проще пересоздать контейнер заново?
Подкручиваю лимиты, но после перезапуска получаю

[root@host-46-136 ~]# vzctl enter 46135
enter into CT 46135 failed
Unable to open pty: No such file or directory

Правда на этот раз уже tcprcvbuf, я его повысил до 3000000
