i noticed that SSHD is not started after creating a new vps with gentoo. i have to manual enter with vzctl enter x to start sshd.
how can i fix that ?

You can do it as usual in Gentoo: rc-update add sshd default

Also, if I have a system with 1 GB of memory and use vzsplit to create 8 servers, each server has 665 mb of ram. also, if i use to split into 4 or 2 servers, i always have 665 mb of ram. is this a bug?

What parameter for VPS do you call "ram"?
