Hello,

unfortunately provided file mlog.txt doesn't contain
information about kernel panic or oops.
So, serial console (or netconsole) is needed.
The only thing I was able to note is:
"Orphaned socket dropped (171,342 in CT0)"

Please, read
http://forum.openvz.org/index.php?t=msg&goto=25080&& amp;srch=Orphaned+socket#msg_25080
http://forum.openvz.org/index.php?t=msg&goto=3895&&a mp;srch=Orphaned+socket#msg_3895

perhaps you'd better increase numtcpsock.barrier and net.ipv4.tcp_max_orphans on HN

"possible SYN flooding on port 80. Sending cookies."
This message may signal about DoS attack.
