I'm having an issue where any subsequent rsh request fails. Also using 2.6.18-92 kernel. From a linux machine running 2.6 or older 2.4 kernels (solaris works fine) the initial rsync or rsh call works fine to the openvz host node OR container. Again, the intial connection works fine. Any subsequent calls made before the TIME_WAIT clears (60 seconds) fails with the following,
Source error: poll: protocol failure in circuit setup
Destination error: rshd[18637]: connect second port 1019: Cannot assign requested address
We have ruled out iptables, we have tried multiple xinetd entries. The man page talks about how the REUSE flag is deprecated and not sure if anyone knows of a way to toggle or turn off this? If anyone has any experience or information on this, by all means =)
