Das Problem hat sich erledigt

Hatte in der /etc/syctl.conf das hier -> net.ipv4.ip_forward=1
noch nicht eingetragen.

Und:

->/etc/vz/vz.conf und setze NEIGHBOUR_DEVS auf "all"
fehlte auch noch.

Anschließend hab ich -> /etc/init.d/vz force-reload

ausgeführt.

Und nu geit all wedder.
