Ok,
from tcpdump output we can conclude that the packets from 81.2.189.176 are coming but not from your VE.
Please, check your iptables rules:
# iptables -t nat -L
# iptables -t mangle -L
# iptables -t filter -L
(from HN and from inside the VE)
You also can switch off iptables temporarily
