I thought I had done that, so I repeated the steps:

rpm -ivh --force ovzkernel-devel-2.6.18-92.1.1.el5.028stab057.2.i686.rpm

lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 57 Sep 26 08:14 linux-2.6.18.i686 -> /usr/src/redhat/BUILD/ovzkernel-2.6.18/linux-2.6.18.i686/
