this issue should be fixed already.
If it's convenient for you you can get 2.6.24 kernel sources from our git repository
http://git.openvz.org/.

To download sources use the command:
git clone (http|git)://git.openvz.org/pub/linux-2.6.24-openvz <destination dir>
