Hi,

what kind of kernel do you use 64bit or 32?
and what kind of vzctl and vzquota correspond to the kernel (32/64)?

could you also increase verbosity level of vzctl?
set LOG_LEVEL and VERBOSE to 10 in /etc/vz/vz.conf file and please show the output.
