Since you have 2 drives in a RAID I'm assuming you are using RAID 1 (mirroring). RAID 1 can not accommodate an additional drive... so if you want to add one or more drives, you'll probably want to switch to RAID 5.

To the best of my knowledge, there isn't an "in-place" way to convert RAID 1 to RAID 5... so you'll want to do a complete backup of your containers (you already do periodic backups, right?), format the box creating the RAID 5... get OpenVZ installed, and then restore your containers. Don't forget to backup your /etc/vz/ directory because all of your confs are in /etc/vz/conf.
