You have a rule for IPP (Internet Printing Protocol) which works over UDP:
ACCEPT udp -- anywhere anywhere udp dpt:ipp

DNS name resolving also works over UDP, so you need to add a similar rule, only use 'dpt:domain' at the end. This should help.
