You really haven't given any information. I'm assume you want to remove OpenVZ from a host node? Or are you wanting to destroy an OpenVZ container?

If the former, it depends on what distro you are using on your host node and how you installed it in the first place. You'd usually just reverse the process. Say for a Fedora or CentOS/RHEL based host node you'd...

revert to your previous /etc/sysctl.conf
reboot to a non-openvz kernel
remove all of the openvz packages you installed

On other systems it may vary... but basically you reverse the install process.

Worst case scenario... you reformat the whole box... but that is only for the extremely lazy.
