The only way to achieve what you're looking for would be by using some sort of application level forwarder/redirector/proxy.

For instance, apache could be installed on the host node to reverse proxy to http servers running in the individual containers based upon the http host header.

There may be similar forwarders or proxies for ssh, but I have not personally used any.

You cannot have multiple servers listening to the same port with a single IP address.
