This is NOT the support forum for HyperVM and I haven't seen too many people here using it so I'm doubtful you are going to find help for it here. Check the HyperVM site out and see if they have a forum.
Perhaps they don't and that is why you are here?
In any event, using the vzctl tool from the command line is very easy... but I do understand that some folks would like to delegate machine creation and configuration to their users without giving them root access to the hardware node... and as a result there seems to be quite a desire for a web-based management system. There are a number of competing projects out there so you may want to give one or more of the other ones a shot if HyperVM continues to fail for you.
