Hello,

I pretty much have to multiply the space I'm using in Virtuozzo by 12.

Why do you think that you'll have to multiply by 12?
The real extension you can obtain via starting VE on Virtuozzo and then via estimation /vz/root/VE_ID size.

If I do a complete reinstall of all 12 VPS's, can I get the non-private-area (OS Template) disk savings back?

It's a Virtuozzo feature. simfs doesn't provide such saving.
