Hi,

I do following:

vzctl exec 133 /sbin/MAKEDEV ptyp
and
vzctl exec 133 /dev/MAKEDEV tty
and
vzctl exec 133 /dev/MAKEDEV pty

And problem resolved, but issue come back when i restart customer vps.

How can fix this too?
