thanks for the reply:)
i fixed tht by changing disk_quota=no in vz.conf

now am facing another prob!
whenever i try creating a ve.. i get a warning tht no conf file found for this template and tht its gonna use the default config...
and then after the template is created..
i dont have internet access on it! even though i added its ip/dns properly..
