Hello, I have a 64bit capable server (specific models at end of post). Is it advantageous to use the 64bit openvz kernel when my VPS applications will be 32bit? The reason I will maintain 32bit applications in each vps context is in case a VPS needs to be migrated to a 32bit hardware server.

Is there any performance gain/loss in this case? Any other thoughts or info I should be aware of?

Thank you
Rick
