Shooter,

Can you list the latest versions of all the packages (utilities,kernel,host os etc) that worked for you?

I downloaded the latest versions of all the packages on a CentOS 4 Host and was unable to resolve the issue with reverting to 3.0.0-2 of vzquota. I am wondering if you are on an earlier version of one of the other utilities and maybe it is a combo of the two versions causing the issue.
