I could ping the ipv6 gateway from the HN and VE.
I couldn't get beyond the ipv6 gateway when tying to reach www.kame.net, from either HN or VE.

The gateway address resides on a router upstream from the machine. The network topology is: server -> Cisco L2 switch -> Foundry Netiron router.
Obviously there is no issue with the switch or routers upstream of the server, since simply changing the kernel fixes the issue.

eth0: Tigon3 [partno(BCM95704A6) rev 2100 PHY(5704)] (PCIX:133MHz:64-bit) 10/100/1000Base-T
No vlan used on the server. The only vlan in use is between the router and switch.

I verified that it was set correctly, however that setting shouldn't affect routing for eth0 on the HN, only the ipv6 connectivity for the VEs, correct?
