[root@centos5_1 /]# chkconfig --list | grep httpd
httpd 0:off 1:off 2:on 3:on 4:on 5:on 6:off


it shows that it is supposed to be on in level 3

i did chkconfig --level 2345 httpd on

and nothing changed

I have tried this on centos and fedora templates.

It started automatically after 10 minutes (that happened several times before)
