Hi,

I have same problem.

# uname -r
2.6.18+ovz028stab053.4

# vzctl --version
vzctl version 3.0.22

Kernel is compiled form sources, vzctl is recompiled package from ubuntu.

I looked at patch that shoud resolve this problem and it looks strange to me. When vzlist can't open PROCVEINFO it try another way by running get_run_ve_proc2 (which should try to open PROCVESTAT) but it again try to open PROCVEINFO.
So it twice try to open PROCVEINFO.
