Thanks for the tip.

I tried couple of different version and still got "Unable to open /proc/vz/veinfo" as soon as I "rmmod vznetdev"

I am using ubuntu gutsy and installed kernel version 2.6.18-fza-028stab051.1-686.
and I have tried "vzctl version 3.0.22-1dso1" and "vzctl version 3.0.22". I installed them from deb files.

maybe I should try compile from source?
